Talk Therapy
I employ a variety of talk therapy modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, IFS, and SFBT, to create a tailored approach.
Neurofeedback
A form of biofeedback that enhances performance and focus, improves sleep, and improves mood and composure.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing allows clients to reprocess traumatic experiences to alleviate distress.
Mindfulness
The practice of becoming more fully aware of the present moment reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes focus and relaxation.
Integrated Mental Health
This is a whole-body approach that examines the role nutrition and diet play in varies mental health diagnoses.
Meditation
