Hi. I'm Kelly Sweeney. Thank you for visiting my page and taking the time to learn more about me. While a career in the mental health field was not always my goal, once I started taking classes in psychology, I fell in love. In my earlier years, I was a big fan of black and white thinking because it was easier to view things that way, but as I delved into the world of psychology, I learned that life is truly lived in those beautiful shades of gray. I earned my master's degree in mental health counseling at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and have been practicing in a variety of settings since 2014. As I selected internship and early career opportunities, I opted for roles that would allow me to expand my clinical experience and gain comfort working with clients of all ages.

When working with all clients, I meet the client where they're at and tailor my modalities and strategies to best suit their needs.
